I've learned to be kind to myself and to give myself the time and space I need to grieve. And even though my heart is still broken, I know that it won't be forever. I have hope that someday, I'll find love again or learn to be content on my own.

Heartbreak is a painful experience, but it's also a reminder that we're human. We're capable of feeling intense emotions, both good and bad.
